The number of slides and pools at the annual swimming pool that are in operation depends on the weather and the number of bathers and organized groups and their leases. It may happen that not all slides operate at the same time. Terme Ptuj reserves the right to make free decisions regarding the operation of the swimming pool, which they must announce in front of the entrance to the Thermal Park and on the Internet.

We recommend that you try everything the outdoor area of Thermal Park Terme Ptuj has to offer during the summer months! In the colder months, you can warm up in the various indoor pools, have fun on the indoor slide and relax in the world of saunas.
The wide range of waterslides offers something for everyone, from rafts to freefall sections and jumps in the middle section of the waterslide. We have a waterslide for every level of courage!
The indoor part of the thermal park offers seven swimming pools, including an outdoor pool that is open all year round. Children will undoubtedly be amazed by the partly transparent waterslide with visual and sound effects. If you're more interested in bubbling water than going down a waterslide, take a dip in one of our warm massage pools. There's also a world of saunas waiting for you.
To ensure that Thermal Park Terme Ptuj continues to offer visitors a day full of new experiences and a variety of water attractions, including the two new super fun outdoor waterslides that are opening in July, we are working on a project to completely renovate the indoor area. We will soon be ready to share the draft for the planned renovation. The refreshed water park will open in 2025.

Renewal of tickets and gift vouchers
Tickets ang gift vauchers fort he use swimming pools and saunas in the Thermal Park and/ or the Vespasianus hotel pools purchased in advance is 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, the swimming ticket can be used with the paymanet of a surchage of € 3.00 inclusive of VAT per adult and children's ticket within an additional period of 24 months. After 36 months from the date of purchase, the swimming ticket is invalid. Older tickets and gift vouchers can no longer be extended and used and their validity has expired.
The validity of vauchers for wellness services and vernight stays must be extended in advance at the company's administration office, during business days from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The expired gift vouchers of the publishers by Hiša Daril must be extended in advance at their points of sale, as they cannot be redeemed otherwise.
