Full moon sauna

Join us for a full moon sauna!
During the full moon, regular visits to the sauna are recommended, as all waste materials and toxins are flushed out of the body. We can purposefully use the moon's cycle for our better well-being.

Advance reservations are required.

The program with the body cleansing ritual includes:
21:30  – swirling air in the Finnish sauna (for respiratory system – eucalyptus)
22:15 – GONG bath at the rest area
23:00 – ANTIAGE procedure in the steam sauna
