Full moon sauna

The full moon in March, also known as the "Earthworm Moon".
As temperatures began to rise and the ground slowly warmed up, earthworms began to reappear in the ground, heralding the return of the American thrush. Northern tribes also called the moon the Full Crow Moon, as the calling of crows heralded the end of winter. This is also the last winter full moon.

During the full moon, regular sauna visits are recommended, as all waste products and toxins are flushed out of the body. We can purposefully use the lunar cycle for our better well-being.

The body cleansing ritual program includes the possibility of using saunas between 9:00 PM and 12:00 PM and the following program:

• 9:30 PM air swirling in the Finnish sauna
• 10:15 PM special swirling ritual - a touch of spring
• 11:00 PM anti-aging procedure in the steam sauna

During the full moon, the Flavia Sauna World will be open until 12:00 AM.
