• Guests who are staying at our hotels and using the hotel car parks will be charged a parking fee of EUR 10 per day (one day means 24 hours, starting at 14.00 on the day of arrival and ending at 14.00 on the day of departure).
• For guests staying for five nights or longer, parking in all SHB car parks is free of charge during their stay.
• In the period from 4 November to 18 April, guests staying at our hotels will not be charged for parking from Monday up to and including Thursday, except on public holidays and during school holidays (second half of February).
• Parking spaces cannot be booked in advance.
• The use of SHB hotel car parks in Bled is subject to availability.

• If the hotel car parks are full, guests can use the Želeče car park (on Cankarjeva cesta road) about 250 m away from the Rikli Balance Hotel, about 400 m away from the Hotel Park, and about 700 m away from the Grand Hotel Toplice. For guests staying at our hotels, the price of parking in the Želeče car park is EUR 7 per day (one day means 24 hours, starting at 14.00 on the day of arrival and ending at 14.00 on the day of departure). The Želeče car park is not permanently open.
• For guests who are our Gold or Platinum Ambassadors, parking in all SHB car parks is free of charge during their stay.
• There are two charging points for electric vehicles in the car park in front of the hotel. Electric vehicle charging is charged according to the current hotel price list.
• Parking fees are payable at hotel reception.
• We reserve the right to change the prices and conditions of parking.

There is a thermal pool on the fifth floor of the hotel. Hotel guests can use the pool free of charge.

Guests can visit the Spa Park with its saunas and the indoor and outdoor resting areas on the fifth floor. A special feature of the Spa Park is its panoramic views of Lake Bled from the saunas and resting areas. The Spa Park offers diverse massages, baths, wellness rituals, and detox programmes. The offer of the Spa Park is available for a surcharge.

The Hotel Park includes the Thai Centre providing Thai massages and an IR sauna. We recommend that you make a reservation in advance.

• The hotel restaurant serves a buffet breakfast and dinner (6–8 p.m.) with classic, local, and international dishes.
• Room service from 11 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.

• There is an Aperitiv Bar in the lobby.

• 3.5 km from the hotel is the Royal Bled Golf Course, comprising the 18-hole King’s Course and the 9-hole Lake Course.
• The course also hosts the King's Club House.

• In addition to the two courses, there are a large practice area, a Golf School, a golf equipment shop, wardrobes for guests and a storage room for equipment.

• The Hotel Park boasts universal conference capacities with a selection of halls of different sizes.

• Due to the courtesy to other guests, there are some exceptions and so they are not allowed in the hotel restaurant and bar or Spa Park. Nevertheless, they are always welcome on the terrace of Park Café, as long as they are on a leash.

• However, pets are only allowed in a limited number of rooms and only with prior confirmation.
• The hotel also reserves the right to charge for any damage caused by the pet.

• The Hotel Park is located next to Lake Bled. Leave the motorway leading to Ljubljana at the Lesce–Bled exit. At the first roundabout, take the second exit. Continue straight on until you reach Bled. At Bled, go down the slope and follow the signs along the road. Soon you will turn right into the parking lot of the Hotel Park.
