Neither Sava Turizem d.d. nor any other legal or natural person involved in designing and building this website shall be liable for any damages arising from the access to, use of or inability to use the information provided on this website or for any errors or omissions in its content.

There are two ways to book accommodation on our website. The first option is for the user to submit an enquiry via the enquiry form and receive a quote from us. Neither the enquiry nor the quote shall constitute a confirmed booking; the essential condition for a valid booking is that the user (customer) accepts our quote, thus confirming the booking. If we do not receive confirmation from the customer, the booking shall be considered invalid. The second option is our proprietary online booking system, which offers direct booking (booking only, with the customer entering their credit card details as a guarantee) or booking with an online credit card payment (non-refundable booking, where the customer is charged immediately and the advance payment is non-refundable). In this case, the booking is confirmed and paid for as soon as the customer completes the payment. By making an online booking and/or payment, the user (customer) is deemed to have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
The following technical steps are available to the user (customer) during the purchase process:
- The customer selects the accommodation facility.
- The customer selects the number of people and rooms.
- The customer selects the room type and price list/package.
- The customer enters the required personal data and credit card details and reviews the booking.
- After the booking/purchase is completed, the customer receives confirmation of the booking and the credit card payment (in the event of an advance payment) to their email address.
- The customer receives the invoice at the reception desk after the service has been provided in full.
- Depending on how the booking system is accessed, the user can enter it at different steps, where some booking criteria have been pre-selected (subject to cookie permissions).
Step 1: Selecting the accommodation facility
The user (customer) selects the accommodation facility on the website.
Step 2: Selecting the number of people and rooms
At this step in the online booking system, the user (customer) selects the number of adults and children and the number of rooms. If the number of adults or children does not match the room capacity, the system will require the user to modify the configuration.
Step 3: Selecting arrival and departure dates
In step 3, the customer selects the dates of arrival and departure, subject to availability. The dates displayed in black are not available.
Step 4: Selecting the room type and the price list/package
In this step, the customer selects the room type and the price list/package. The terms and conditions of the selected price list/package can be accessed under the “i” symbol. The system displays the final price with included VAT.
Step 5: Entering the customer details and reviewing the booking
In step 5, the customer is shown an overview of the booking and is required to enter their name and surname, email address and credit card details. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club. In this step, the customer also reviews the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. To make the purchase, the customer is required to accept these terms and conditions. The purchase process is completed by clicking “Complete the booking”.
Step 5b: Payment at the destination (booking only)
If the user selects a price list/package with the option of booking cancellation, the user’s credit card will not be charged upon completing the booking. The credit card will be used solely as a guarantee for the booking and will only be charged if costs arise due to a late cancellation or no-show. With this type of booking, the guest will receive the booking confirmation and the amount to be paid at reception, sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
Step 6: Completion of purchase
The purchase is completed when the payment is made or the booking confirmation is received.
Before the order is submitted, a graphical user interface enables the user (customer) to easily and with immediate effect:
see and review the services they want to purchase; see and review the price of each service and the total price of all the services selected, based on the selected number of people, rooms and price list/package; change the selected number of people, the number and/or type of rooms and the price list/package and calculate the new price based on these modifications; change the selected payment method (when this option is available). The customer submits the order to Sava Turizem d.d. with final confirmation. Sava Turizem d.d. sends a written confirmation of the receipt of the order to the customer’s email address.
In the event of an incomplete or incorrect entry, the user interface informs the user thereof and provides instructions for error correction.
The submitted booking (sales contract) shall be stored in electronic form on the ROS Information System server. The customer receives a message containing the booking details and invoice (in case of a non-refundable advance payment), sent to their email address. The customer can store the received messages for their own reference. Sava Turizem d.d. shall store a copy of the sales contract for a period of five years from the date of its execution. During this period, the customer can obtain an electronic copy of it subject to a prior written request.
All prices are stated in EUR, include VAT and are valid at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to change any prices, written text or content descriptions without prior notice and shall not be liable for any errors in this respect. Images are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not necessarily depict the actual situation in full.
Guests have the right to cancel the booking. In the event of cancellation, Sava Turizem d.d. shall be entitled to the reimbursement of the cancellation costs. In the case of online credit card payments executed immediately, the cancellation costs shall be the full amount of the payment made. The cancellation costs are determined based on when the cancellation was made, the type of booking and the selected accommodation. The terms and conditions of cancellation and the reimbursement of costs are determined and made available to the customer in the following places (since the terms and conditions of cancellation vary depending on the type of booking and the selected accommodation/destination):
at the point where the room type and price are selected, the information is available by clicking the Info icon next to the room type; when the room type and price have already been selected, the information is available by clicking the Info icon next to the room type; before the final confirmation of the booking, when the customer is required to accept the terms and conditions (direct link to detailed information). If the booking is modified at the guest’s own request or due to force majeure, without any reasons on the part of Sava Turizem d.d. due to inadequate service, the guest shall not be entitled to any compensation or reduction in price.The cancellation shall be made by telephone, in writing or by email to the address of the hotel or other accommodation facility where the stay was booked or to the booking service of Sava Turizem d.d., Dunajska cesta 152, 1000 Ljubljana.

Sava Turizem d.d. or the respective Sava Hotels & Resorts destinations shall be entitled to refuse to fulfil the obligations arising from the booking if it is established that the provided credit card is invalid or that the credit card or booking system has been misused. The parties shall make every effort to settle possible disputes in connection with the booking in an amicable manner. If this is not possible, disputes shall be settled by the court of competent jurisdiction in Ljubljana.
The provider shall use appropriate technological and organisational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments. For this purpose, the provider shall use a 256-bit SSL certificate issued by a licensed organisation. Elavon shall be responsible for secure credit card authorisations and transactions. Credit card authorisations shall be performed in real-time with immediate data verification with banks. Credit card data shall be stored in the booking system and in the ROS Information System.
The general provisions of an online purchase/booking have the character of a contract. By making the purchase/booking, the holder confirms that they are familiar with and agree to these general provisions. Paid funds shall not be refunded in cash. Any disputes arising from these general provisions shall be settled by the court of competent jurisdiction in Ljubljana.
All prices quoted by Sava Turizem d.d. include VAT. In the event of a dispute between the parties, the case shall be settled by the court with subject matter jurisdiction in Ljubljana.
