Active recreation / Discovering Slovenia with fairy tales

Holidays with children usually revolve around activities and day trips that are just for them. What could be better than discovering and exploring new landscapes through the eyes of children? Exploring your holiday location through local folk tales will make the experience even more magical! We present to you enchanting fairy tales and folk tales that lift the veil on Pomurje, on Bled, on the Slovenian coast, and on Styria. Explore these tales during a family holiday at our thermal resorts, at our coastal resorts, or at our accommodations in Bled!

Fun and education with our resort mascots

At our resorts, families can expect fun entertainment staff who are trained to work with children, and who will conjure up a real holiday adventure full of joy for visiting families. The entertainment staff are joined by mascots who present the children with stories related to the local environment. Zaki the Swan welcomes children in Bled, since Lake Bled is home to many swans. At Terme 3000, the mascot is Viki the Stork, a bird typical of the Prekmurje region whose nests can be observed on chimneys and trees in the surroundings of the thermal resort. At Health Resort Zdravilišče Radenci, children are greeted by Muki the Squirrel, who lives in the health resort park and loves to spend time outside in the fresh air. At Terme Ptuj, children are welcomed by the Roman soldier, Primus, who takes families through the history of the oldest Slovenian city. On the Coast, Billy the Dolphin invites children to partake in fun sea adventures. With a bit of luck, you can even spot his family in the sea. The stories of the mascots are also available in book form.
